Joel Osteen Lakewood Church NOT Flooded But Closed To Evacuees

Another big storm is brewing in Dallas Texas at Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church that is Closed to Hurricane Harvey Flood Victims. This person just drove by Lakewood Church and as you can see in the video it's not flooded and the access road leading to it is open. Just an observation. However it has been said the inside is prone to flooding.
